For seven transformative years, he furthered his legacy at LU, holding the esteemed position of Professor and Chair of the Andragogy Doctoral Emphasis Specialty until his retirement on 31st December 2016. Throughout his tenure, Dr. Henschke’s influence extended far beyond the walls of the classroom, touching the lives of countless learners, educators, and researchers.
As a visionary leader, Dr. Henschke chaired an impressive 61 completed doctoral dissertations and served as a committee member for 55 others, spanning nine different universities.
